We understand being unable to access your crypto can be frustrating, however immediate support is not always available and should not be expected. You are all important and sending the same email multiple times will not get our attention any sooner.

We ask you first check our support page for a solution to your problem. Our carefully selected resources are designed to assist you we our team is not available. Take a deep breath before submitting a technical support request. Clearly document your problem so we best help you. Your funds are not going anywhere and neither are we.

You are guaranteed a reply within 48 hours, so please be patient – maybe read a book, go for a walk, meditate or enjoy some other corner of life's little luxuries.

We are available Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm excluding public holidays. Any support provided outside our normal business hours is voluntary and is best effort.
If you do not receive a reply within 48 hours, send us a polite follow up email.

While we understand crypto can be stressful being rude will not be tolerated.

All support is provided by email, free and without warranty. We do not offer phone support.
